Precise will continue to be a leader in quality of product and customer service. Maintaining the highest levels of quality is a team approach and must be recognized at every level of the business. 

Precise maintains the authorization from the National Board to register and certify boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure retaining items to ASME U, H, and R stamps as well as ASME B31.3 pipe.  Precise is also authorized and registered to the Canadian TSSA for boilers, pressure vessels, and B31.3 pipe. The National Board ASME requirement is very stringent on not just the welding itself but the entire build process; from the design, engineering, purchasing, receiving, drawings, welder qualifications, quality documents, traceability, and records.

All our welders maintain ASME welding code compliance for continuity and qualification. We are highly qualified at welding pipe and structure on various metals from Stainless and Carbon Steel, to Aluminum, and Hastelloy.

Precise’s engineering capabilities continues to grow. We provide 3D modeling for all of our custom systems and develop full production drawing packages. We utilize our sister company, J&R Design Systems, for the engineering of our automated paint systems.

From a customer service standpoint, you will find Precise is a step above the rest.  We strive to put the customer first by providing the customer with a single point of contact, responding within 24hrs to inquiries, providing detailed and complete proposals, and reacting with action plans for instances that require support.

Great equipment helps to achieve great quality. We utilize top of the line equipment in our processes, including an automated and polished tank shell roller, a new hydraulic AccurShear, and orbital pipe welding machines. We have a very large electropolishing and passivation process (Electropolish Process), and paint booth.

Precise Finishing Systems (PFS) offers start-up, commissioning, and training for most of systems sold with the ability to support our customers all over the world. We provide prompt customer field service responds for new installations, or existing systems requiring repair or routine maintenance. Our support can be planned in advance or in responds to emergency situations.
