Precise Finishing Systems (PFS) is a fabricator that can rapidly design, fabricate and functionally test sophisticated fluid delivery systems for a wide range of industries. Our experience in separation technologies, fluid dynamics and thermal energy allow us to help our customers take their ideas from paper sketches to 2D and 3D designs. We can then fabricate a complete system with PLC controls and functionally test a solution for a customer. This experience is unique but needed in the Automotive, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Power markets. The systems are designed to meet or exceed rigorous standards including ASME U, ASME H, TSSA, and NBCA R.
OUR CERTIFICATIONS
Precise Finishing Systems has been a process controls integrator to the automotive and tier 1 industries since 1981. Included in our expertise are paint temperature and viscosity control, level, flow, pressure monitoring and controls which include all aspects of process for paint mix rooms and circulating systems.
